Discussion:

The circle above is plotted at the expected 121 km diameter of Adelheid. With only one chord it is not possible to determine whether Albert was north or south of the central line of the event.

Comments: Moderate light pollution. The star could only (just) be seen with averted vision.
I think the event was real, but in these marginal conditions I can't be 100 percent certain.
