Niobe occultation - 2011 April 09

Discussion:

The ellipse above is plotted at a fit that has about right area and fits the data. With two chords and a constraining miss we can be confident of the path of Niobe and that it was a little south of the predicted line.

The figures below shows the Tangra light curves of the occultation. The noisy signals are due to the low magnitude of the star and brighter magnitude of Niobe giving a drop of only 0.2.
