OCCULTATION OF TYC 5597-01223-1 BY 511 Davida
20160805

Overlapping 27 second occultations of each component of the double star were recorded by Dave Herald, using a Newtonian Telescope and Watec 910BD camera.

Overlapping 25 second occultations of each component of the double star were recorded by John Newman, using a Watec 910BD camera, telescope not specified.

Davida occultation__ 20160805

Discussion:

The DAMIT model has been plotted to fit the observed chords.

The path of the event appears to be to the east of the prediction.

The path is close to the line of the components of the double star.

The figures below show the Tangra light curve of the occultation.
