Discussion:

The circle above is plotted at the expected 60 km diameter of Bianca. With only one chord it is not possible to determine whether Brian was north or south of the central line of the event.

Comments: Watec camera at 8 fold integration, ie just over 3 unique images per 
second 0.5 Drop in magnitude sharp. The rise less certain.   So a slight doubt
remains, but with viewing the video as well as  running it past Limovie,
I feel certain an event occurred.
I was 222 km north of the predicted centre line and 12 km outside the
1-sigma zone.  Probability of an event 8.4%.
