Discussion:
The circle above is plotted at the expected 71 km diameter of Scheherezade.
With only one chord it is not possible to determine whether Diana was north
or south of the central line of the event.
Diana notes "D very slow, possibly a second". Fresnel diffraction is estimated
to last upto 0.1 sec for this event but a low angle of attack could stretch this by a factor of 2.
