Three clearly observed misses were recorded for this event in our region. we understabnd that a small dip was observed in Hawaii.

Discussion:
The circle above is plotted at the expected 2306 km diameter of Pluto. With no positive chords we cannot say where the actual path was, so the circle has been plotted on the predicted path. We understabnd that a small dip was observed in Hawaii which implies that the path was well north of the predicted line.
