Discussion:
The ellipse above is plotted at the best fit axis ratio as determined by Occult. This is sliightly flatter than suggested by light curve data. With two chords we can be confident of the path of PHthia and that it was north of the predicted line.
The figure below shows Jonathan Bradshaw's Tangra light curve of the occultation.
